really good stay!
quality toiletries comfortable bed beautiful junior suite
i adored the room upgrade i got upon arrival. it was a beautiful junior suite. the provided toiletries were high quality and plentiful. i found the bed comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days.
the elevator was occasionally slow. that was pretty much the only thing i noticed.

the spa included a sauna and a steam room, both meticulously clean and well maintained. i enjoyed the refreshing dip in the cosy swimming pool. the pool area included comfortable loungers for relaxation after swimming. the gym featured modern equipment.

mixed experience due to front desk issues
billing error front desk
the hotel is in a great location.
i was disappointed with the front-desk experience. the front desk told us breakfast was included, but we were billed later. the front-desk manager did not apologize for the error.

slow breakfast service stale pastries
I had problems with the room temperature. It was too hot at night, and i couldn't adjust it. the staff seemed unable to fix the issue, i had to open the window. also, the breakfast service was slow. it took ages to get coffee, and the pastries weren't fresh. this is not expectable, especially considering that it costs a lot.

fantastic stay
beautiful hotel great location lovely spa special touch
the hotel location was great, near major attractions. we easily walked to the eiffel tower and the champs elysées. the spa was a lovely addition and i had an excellent treatment. the room had rose petals upon arrival, a nice honeymoon touch.
i noticed room service trays in the hallways from other guests for many hours.

the beautiful double room balcony featured comfortable bedding and modern decor. the balcony offered city views, though compact, it provided a small outdoor space. the bathroom included premium toiletries (such as hermès) and soft towels.

This hotel really was excellent. the location is fantastic. It is close to many shops and restaurants. the staff were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. i especially liked that the room was very spacious with great amenities.
the automatic door at the entrance sometimes made a little noise late at night, but it really wasn't a big deal.
